How to create a letter head

To create a letter head, you must start word. Make sure the paragraph marker is selected. Click the no spacing in the Styles gallery. Click the change styles button and select the colors tab in the Change Styles gallery. Select the color you would like to use. Now, enter your first, middle and last name, and press enter. Move your mouse pointer to the left of the line until the mouse pointer changes to a right pointing block arrow and then click the mouse to highlight your name. Move the mouse pointer to the transparent toolbar. Click the Grow Font button until the font size is 20 point. While the text is still selected and the toolbar still there, click Font Color button. Pick the color you would like to use. Now, click the paragraph marker below your name to position the insertion point on the 2nd line. With the insertion point on the 2nd line, click the insert tab on the Ribbon. Click Clip Art button to display the task pane. CLick on the search tab in the clip art and insert what image you would like to insert. Once you have found your image, click on the image you wish to use. The image should show up in your document. Click the close button on the Clip Art window. With the image selected, click the size dialogue box on the format tab to display the size dialogue box. In the size dialogue box, select the sizes you would like your image to be, and click reset and close. With the image still selected, click the recolor gallery on the format tab. Now select which one you would like to use. With it still selected, click on the recolor gallery and clic the set transparent color to display a pen mouse pointer. position the pen mouse pointer where you would like to make the color transparent. Now click somewhere other that the image to exit out of the pen mouse pointer. With the insertion point positioned between the paragraph mark and the image. click the paragraph dialougue box to display the paragraph dialogue box. click thetabs button and set it to your choice and then click set and then click the OK button. Now enter your address, city, state, zip code and your phone number and e-mail address. now once you've finished that clock hte border button and select hte bottom border tab. this will add a line underneath your image and your address city, state, zip code etc.. Press enter and press the Normal tab in the Styles tab. DONE
